Answer:
$5k and $100k: standard rail timing above, no splitting. $10M: same rails (Fedwire or SWIFT recommended); there is no hard per-transaction cap and no different pricing, but amounts above bank-internal thresholds may trigger a compliance review before release.
Execution is never force-split.
